Griffin Fire Protection is a licensed fire protection company based in Vancouver, BC. We provide inspection, testing, and compliance services for commercial and multi-residential buildings across the Lower Mainland and surrounding communities.

We built this company around a simple idea: building owners and property managers deserve a fire protection partner who is technically excellent, easy to work with, and actually keeps them informed. Not just a contractor who shows up once a year and hands you a certificate.

We're also one of the few companies in BC offering specialized smoke control testing and CAN/ULC-S1001 integrated systems testing — a discipline that requires deep technical expertise and careful coordination with mechanical and alarm contractors.
